(a) In the context of eligibility for service on any City board, commission and/or committee under the Charter and/or the Codified Ordinances, "public office" shall mean only service as a City employee.
(b) Under this chapter, "City employee" shall mean any individual employed by the City currently or during the immediately preceding eighteen months in a full or part-time, temporary or permanent capacity.
