1047.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Hudson shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The City of Hudson may contract with the Summit County Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
