If the event includes vendors or concessionaires other than the applicant or a sponsoring organization, each vendor must submit a vendor application form and proof of insurance through a certificate of insurance for a minimum one million dollars ($1,000,000) coverage per occurrence, and establishing that the City is an additional insured.
