Members of Council shall be compensated at the rate of eighty dollars ($80.00) per meeting for their attendance meetings of the Council but shall not be compensated for attendance at more than four (4) of such meetings per month and for an amount not to exceed three hundred twenty dollars ($320.00) per month, plus such reasonable and necessary reimbursement of expenses incurred by the Council member as is necessary for the fulfillment of the Council member’s duties.
