234.21   MEDICAL SELF-INSURANCE FUND.
   (a)   There is established a special fund to be known as the Medical Self-Insurance 605 Fund under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 5705.12.
   (b)   The Finance Director shall deposit in the Fund sufficient sums to pay for the medical claim payments for employee deductibles as part of the City’s newly established health reimbursement account.
