1640.01 ADOPTION OF MOST CURRENT EDITION OF NFPA 1123 CODE FOR FIREWORKS DISPLAY.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Municipality the most current edition of the National Fire Protection Association 1123 Code for Fireworks Display as referenced by the most current edition of the Ohio Fire Code.
