1630.08 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.

The provisions of this Chapter shall be enforced by the Chief of Police, any member of the Police Department, the Chief of Hudson Fire Department and any member of the Hudson Fire Department who is a certified Fire Safety Inspector.
