1630.03 SIGNS AND MARKINGS.
   Within thirty days after the receipt of notice of the designation of fire zones pursuant to Section 1630.02, the owner of property on which a nonresidential building or buildings are located or the person having charge thereof shall post such signs and establish such markings as are directed by the Manager which shall clearly and distinctly indicate the designated fire zones and the prohibition of parking therein. The size, location and content of such signs and the nature and location of such markings shall be approved by the Chief of the Hudson Fire Department and the Chief of Police. No person shall fail to post such signs and establish such markings as required and within the time allowed by this section, unless the Manager, in writing, extends the time for compliance for up to an additional thirty days for good cause shown.
