EDITOR’S NOTE: Because Chapter 1440 of the Building Code contains the same floodplain management regulations found in Section 1205.14 of the Land Development Code, Council further finds Chapter 1440 to be duplicative and confusing and that it would be in the best interest of the city to repeal Chapter 1440 by Ordinance 09-46.
