1424.01 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER; PRESUMPTION OF CIVIL INFRACTION.

Unless a violation of this Building and Housing Code is specifically designated in the text of this Building and Housing Code to be a misdemeanor, a violation may be deemed by an authorized enforcement official to be a Municipal civil infraction.
