1416.04 APPEALS.

The owner of a building or structure or any other interested person may appeal from a decision of the Superintendent of Building Inspection, with respect to any provision of the County Building Code, to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals of the Municipality. All such appeals shall be made in the manner and form provided in Chapter 1224 of these Codified Ordinances.
