There is hereby adopted the County of Summit Building Code, being known as the CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code, the 1995 edition, as amended, which is hereinafter referred to as County Building Code and which is incorporated in this chapter by reference as though fully set forth herein. Such Code is adopted for the purpose of governing construction, alteration, addition, repair and all such related matters pertaining to nonindustrialized one, two and three-family dwellings and accessory buildings, excavations and the removal of unsafe buildings within the Municipality.
