1062.99 PENALTY.

A violation of the foregoing rules and regulations in this chapter shall, unless otherwise provided, be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree upon conviction of the first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree upon conviction of a second or any subsequent offense.
