1048.09 USE OF ELECTRICITY BY MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENTS.

The Manager is hereby authorized and directed to provide electricity free of charge to Municipal departments when used for Municipal purposes. The furnishing of electricity free of charge to such departments is hereby approved.
