1040.11 TAMPERING WITH WATERWORKS PROPERTY.

No person shall tamper with Water Resources Department property. It shall be a violation of this section for any person other than persons authorized by the City Manager to open, close or otherwise operate any valve, shutoff, hydrant, standpipe or curbstop which is the property of the City.
