1040.10 FIRE HYDRANTS.

Fire hydrants may not be used for any purposes other than the extinguishment of fires or for such other purposes as may be approved by the City Manager. In no case shall fire hydrants be opened by any person other than an agent of the City Manager or a duly authorized representative.
