880.02 DISTANCE REQUIREMENTS FROM STREET OR DWELLING.

In order to preserve the public health, safety and welfare, no permit shall be issued for the removal of topsoil within 200 feet of any dedicated street or highway in the Municipality or within fifty feet of any existing dwelling, except in connection with necessary work upon the premises.
