856.99 PENALTY; INJUNCTION.

(a) Violations of this chapter shall be misdemeanor offenses punishable by fine or imprisonment as provided in Chapters 606 and 698 of these Codified Ordinances.

(b) Each day that a sexually oriented business or adult motel operates in violation of this chapter is a separate offense or violation.

(c) Any person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business or adult motel in violation of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations under subsection (a) hereof.
