850.02 PERMIT TO REMOVE OUTSIDE MUNICIPALITY.
   Anyone wishing to remove earth from any property within the Municipality to a point located outside the Municipality, shall first receive a permit therefor from the Manager or his designated agent. There shall be no charge made for such permit.
