840.03 COMMERCIAL SOLICITING IN RESIDENCE DISTRICTS.

No person shall enter upon the lot or land of any residence situated in any residence district, as established by the Zoning Code, for the purpose of commercial soliciting as defined in Section 840.01(a)(1), (2), (3) and (4) unless such person has registered his credentials with the Manager as provided in Section 840.04.
