For the duration of a drilling and production operation, the site shall be maintained in a neat, clean and orderly condition. Access drives shall be maintained in a dust-free condition. The permit holder shall be responsible for clearing public roads of all mud, debris or other accumulations resulting from the operation, as many times each day as necessary to keep the roads clean and safe at all times. The Manager, or his or her authorized representative, shall have the authority to request a permit holder to take specific steps to comply with these standards. Failure of a permit holder to comply to the satisfaction of the Municipality, or failure to take specific steps to comply at a given location, as requested by the Municipality, shall be grounds for suspension of a permit.
