(a) All installations shall be landscaped with salt tolerant evergreens. If the screening provided by existing trees and the evergreens is not adequate to sufficiently screen the site, land forms and/or wooden fencing is allowed. Wooden fencing must be at least twenty-four inches off the ground and set away from diking to permit air circulation within the enclosure. Wooden enclosures must be designed for removal and replacement to service wells or equipment. Landscaping shall meet the approval of the City Arborist.
(b) All storage tanks, fences, separators and pumping units shall be painted a forest green color. Emergency shut-off valves shall be painted red.
