660.12 OBSTRUCTIONS IN STREETS; BARRICADES AND WARNING LIGHTS.
   (a)   No person shall make any excavation, leave or place any material or stand or park any machine or vehicle in or upon any highway, street or other public way or place, unless such obstruction is marked with barricades and lights sufficient to warn the users of such highway, street or public way or place of such obstruction.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
