(a) Parking for the purposes of loading or unloading for business/commercial purposes may be done only where parking is allowed generally, or where permission for parking is posted. [NOTE: For purposes of this chapter, “Unloading” has the same meaning as “Loading.”]
(b) (1) These zones shall be posted “ACTIVE LOADING/UNLOADING ONLY.”
(2) Parking for loading/unloading is restricted to a maximum of forty (40) minutes unless exceptional circumstances (maintenance vehicles, new store, etc.) require more time.
