(a) The Police Chief be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to cause placement of temporary “No Parking” signs on designated streets from October 20 through December 20 in order to facilitate the City's leaf collection program.
(b) No owner or operator of any vehicle shall park any vehicle in violation of the “No Parking” signs on designated streets posted by the Chief of Police in order to facilitate the leaf collection program.
(c) Unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles shall be towed at owners' expense utilizing regular police procedure.
