404.08 PRESUMPTION OF KNOWLEDGE OF VIOLATION BY OWNER.

The violation of any section or provision of this Traffic Code by means of a motor vehicle shall be prima-facie evidence that such violation was committed by or with the authority or permission of the owner of such vehicle.
