286.01 ESTABLISHMENT; AUTHORITY.

There is hereby established in and for the City a board to be known as the Hudson Cemetery Board, which Board shall have authority to manage, control and operate all publicly-owned and/or publicly-operated cemeteries and burial grounds located within the Municipality as authorized by the laws of the State.
