The Community Television Advisory Committee may meet on a regular or on an as- needed basis, but shall meet upon the request of Council or the City Manager. The Committee may establish its own rules to govern the determination of when meetings shall be held and the conduct of its meetings. A quorum for the purposes of a Committee meeting shall be a majority of the then duly appointed and confirmed voting members of the Committee.
