250.01 ABOLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT; TRANSFER OF EMPLOYEES.

The former Department of Water Resources is hereby abolished. All officers and employees of the former Water Resources Department shall be retained as employees in the Division of Water Resources in the Department of Public Works.
