(a) There is hereby established a fund in the enterprise group of funds, to be known as the Storm Water Utility Fund.
(b) The new Storm Water Utility Fund shall be assigned Fund Number 504.
(c) The Storm Water Utility fund shall receive storm water charges for the purpose of maintaining and improving the storm water system in the City as established in Ordinance 97-167. It is the intent of Council that storm water fee collections meet the expense needs of maintaining and improving the storm water system.
(d) The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this section to the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices of the Department of Auditor of the State of Ohio.
