(a) There is hereby established a fund to be known as the Cops Fast Fund. All monies received by the Municipality for the purpose of security of persons and property within the City shall be paid into and expended from such Fund as authorized by this section.
(b) Disbursements from the Fund will be made in accordance with the Ohio Community Policing Grant, received by the City.
