There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Alcohol Enforcement and Education Fund under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 4511.99(A). The Finance Director shall keep this separate account for moneys received from fines imposed for various convictions, and any expenditures from such Fund shall be used to pay only those costs incurred by the City in the enforcement of Ohio R.C. 4511.19 or Section 434.01 of the Traffic Code of the City and in educating the public as to laws governing the operation of motor vehicles while under the influence of alcohol, the dangers of operation of motor vehicles while under the influence of alcohol, and other information relating to the operation of motor vehicles and the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
