There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Drug Law Enforcement Fund under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2925.03. The Finance Director shall keep this separate account for moneys received from fines imposed for various drug convictions, and any expenditures from such Fund shall be used to assist law enforcement efforts that pertain to drug offenses.
