(a) Effective January 1, 2000, the alternative method of apportionment of the undivided Local Government Fund and undivided Local Government Revenue Assistance Fund of the County of Summit, set forth in the form attached to original Ordinance 99-163, passed November 17, 1999, and hereby incorporated by reference herein, is approved upon the terms and conditions and for the years indicated in such alternative method of apportionment, attached to and incorporated into Ordinance 99-163.
(b) The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to immediately forward a copy of this section to the County Auditor as Secretary of the County Budget Commission.
