(a) The Municipality, by and through its Manager, is hereby authorized to participate in the State Treasury Asset Reserve of Ohio Program (Star Ohio) and is further authorized to establish such accounts as the Manager may require for accounting convenience and to satisfy requirements regarding the commingling of funds.
(b) The Manager is hereby authorized to make application for the establishment of accounts referred to in subsection (a) hereof and to take such further action as is necessary to provide for the effective investment of funds of the Municipality.
