The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to transfer to the General Fund of the Municipal funds deposited pursuant to the ordinances, rules and regulations or requirements of the Municipality for excavation deposits, construction deposits, house moving deposits, inspection deposits, subdivision deposits and other unrefunded deposits which have not been claimed by their lawful owners within five years from the date of such deposits.
