230.04 FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT FEE; PAYMENT OF COSTS ON BEHALF OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS.

The Manager is hereby authorized and directed to pay the regular fees to file Financial Disclosure Statements with the Ohio Ethics Commission on behalf of the Mayor and each member of Council. Any late fees associated with the filing of a Financial Disclosure Statement by the Mayor or a member of Council shall be the sole responsibility of the individual elected official.
