212.01 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER, PRESUMPTION OF CIVIL INFRACTION.

Unless a violation of Chapter 1014 (Trees), Part Twelve (the Planning and Zoning Code) or Part Fourteen (the Building and Housing Code) of these Codified Ordinances is specifically designated in the text of these Codified Ordinances to be a misdemeanor, a violation may be deemed by an authorized enforcement official to be a Municipal civil infraction.
