(a) There is hereby established a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each traffic and each criminal case filed in the Hubbard Mayor’s Court, subject to the authority of the Mayor to suspend the collection of such fees, to help recover the costs incurred in the processing of Complaints in the Hubbard Mayor’s Court.
(b) The Clerk of the Hubbard Mayor’s Court is to post and deposit each fee collected according to law. (Ord. 62-94. Passed 5-2-94.)
