155.14 SEAT BELTS.

All City employees shall use seat belts when on duty, and while riding in or operating a City vehicle. Employees found guilty of a first violation of the Seat Belt Law while on duty or in a City vehicle are subject to disciplinary action. Repeated violations may result in more severe disciplinary action. (Ord. 17-05. Passed 6-6-05.)
