155.10 USE OF CITY PROPERTY.

No employee shall use City property, including lands, buildings, equipment or supplies, for any personal purpose. In an emergency, the Mayor, the Service Director, and/or Safety Director may overrule this policy. Any deviation from this policy will be grounds for disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
