141.04 MAXIMUM AGE FOR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 124.90(A) the City has waived those maximum age requirements set forth in Ohio R.C. 124.41 for an original appointment to the Police Department. (Ord. 36-85. Passed 7-3-85.)
