141.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 737.05 there is hereby established a Police Department in and for the City, which shall be composed of a Chief of Police and such other officers, patrolmen and employees as Council shall from time to time provide for by ordinance.
