(a) There is hereby established the part-time position of Dog Warden in and for the City.
(b) The Dog Warden shall have a maximum work week not to exceed twenty hours.
(c) The Board of Control is hereby requested to construct an adequate dog kennel for impounding stray dogs until they can be picked up by the County Dog Warden.
