(a) Entertainment Devices. The fee for each entertainment device license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per device, per year.
(b) Entertainment Device Arcade. The fee for an entertainment device arcade shall be
Three thousand dollars ($ 3000.00) per year for arcades with 6 to 49 devices. Five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) per year for arcades with 50 to 100 devices.
(c) Replacement License. The fee for a replacement license shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00).
(d) Transfer License. The fee for a license transfer for a device removed from service shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00)
(e) Filed with Application. License fees under this chapter shall be filed with the application for license.
(f) Return of Fee. In the event an application is denied under this chapter, one-half of the license fee therefore shall be returned to the applicant. In the event any license is suspended or revoked under this chapter, no portion of the license fee shall be returned to the owner.
(g) Failure to Register. Failure to register any entertainment device before placement on the premises the operators shall each be subject to fines and penalties as outlined under Section 753.99
of this chapter.
