753.05 ENTERTAINMENT DEVICE ARCADE LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct or operate an entertainment device arcade in the City of Hubbard without having first obtained a license therefore as provided in this chapter, which license shall be designated as an entertainment device arcade license.
