The Third Ward shall have as its eastern boundary a line commencing at the center of the intersection of Main Street and Liberty Street; thence northerly along the centerline of North Main Street to the northern boundary of the City. Such Ward shall have for its southern boundary the northern boundary of the Second Ward. Such Ward shall have as its western and northern boundaries the City limits in those directions.
