The First Ward shall have as its northern boundary a line commencing at the center of the intersection of North Main Street and East Park Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of East Park Avenue to the eastern boundary of the City, notwithstanding the fact that East Park Avenue stops at Elmwood Drive. Such Ward shall have as its western boundary a line commencing at the center of the intersection of North Main Street and East Park Avenue; thence southerly along the centerline of North Main Street and continuing south along the centerline of South Main Street to the southern boundary of the City.
