(a) The permittee shall restore the street, sidewalks and other public places of the City damaged or destroyed in the operations of drilling or preparing to drill to their former conditions immediately upon completion of the drilling.
(b) The permittee shall clear the area of all litter, rubbish, machinery, derricks, buildings, oil or other substances used or allied to the use of drilling or producing or brine disposal operation.
(c) Landscaping may be preserved at the time of abandonment of the well, if feasible and if desired by the property owner.
