(a) No person shall erect any sign more than three feet in height in the area fifteen feet in depth from any curb line, extending thirty feet along such curb line at all intersections.
(b) The Director of Public Service shall cause written notice to be sent to any violator, ordering compliance with this section within ten days from the receipt of such notice.
(c) No person shall be deemed in violation of the provisions of this section until such notice has been sent.
